Vertex is a US based global technology service provider with sales offices and software development centers in Cleveland, OH, Cincinnati, OH, Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA and Hyderabad, India. Vertex offers custom application development, enterprise systems implementation, independent verification and validation services as well as provides IT consulting services, and other software support services
** Financial Services, Banking and Insurance vertical market experience
** Strong experience with IBM's Rational tool set
** The ability to consult with business partners, identify and analyze system needs
** Facilitation of JAD sessions and requirements gathering meetings
** Strategize, facilitates and leads the LOB to solve business problems through the process of identifying and analyzing detailed requirements to properly reflect client needs that ultimately translate into system designs
** Own and manage the business and functional requirements through all phases of the project life cycle.
** Experience in all phases of system development and package implementation - particularly analysis and design.
** Organized and led facilitation groups of 10+ people (requirements gathering, JAD, RAD, etc)
** Experience with iterative development process and object-oriented, multi-platform projects
