| |
The Department of Cultural Resources is seeking a short term (6 month maximum) contractor to perform a variety of desktop support tasks which include, but are not limited to the following:
* Building/Imaging
* Deploying/Installing
* Break/Fix
* Limited server administration
Most of the work will be in the Raleigh, NC metropolitan area. However, some travel to other sites across the state may be necessary. Travel expenses will be reimbursed at the State rate.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements.
Required:
* Two to five years experience supporting desktops and end users as well as peripheral equipment
* Experience with Windows products including, Windows XP and Office Suite.
* Advanced experience with the following software or equivalent:
- Windows XP
- Outlook 2003
- Trend Micro
- Ghost
- Active Directory
- Veritas Backupexec
* Excellent communication skills
* Good customer relations skills.
