> A very capable individual who can contribute significantly to strategic decisions as well as accomplishment of deliverables on highly complex products.
> Typically has 5+ years experience
Role Specifics:
- This role will be a blended PM/BA role, so Project Management capabilities will be key in addition to hands on BA work
- This role will be a key coordinator across to project releases and requires knowledge of Insurance Policy Administration in addition to Claims processing to be successful
- This individual may eventually have additional team members reporting to him/her (<5)
- Strong communications skills and ability to coordinate in a complex project environment is a must
