| |
Good advanced troubleshooting skills along with advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange server, and Distributed File system environments
* Must be detail-oriented and have great follow-through skills while documenting tasks, tickets, and tracking activities
* Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels
* Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
* 5+ years progressive experience in network administration
* Experience in execution of projects (deployment, migrations, connectivity planning and implementation)
* CCNA and MCSA preferred
* CCNP Certification is a plus
* MCSE Certification is a plus
* Linux experience is a plus
* Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science or MIS preferred.
