Description : |
| |
Maintain and establish the Change Control Process for Engineering work products (based on CMMI guidelines) and maintain them. These work products will include software, requirements, design documentation, engineering plans, test procedures, hardware documentation, and other identified configuration items.
Improve and support the current SW process into a SCM CMMI Level 3+ for QA and CM process areas;
Responsible for all release and changes on assigned programs
Conducts scheduled and ad-hoc audits/assessments based on system plans and milestones throughout the SDLC.
Responsible for all release and changes on assigned programs, generate build reports, and update SCRs with new statuses and CM Builder Notes
Maintain configuration control through the development of baseline information relative to the technical requirements and the products in production.
Audit release and change documentation package received internally or externally (from suppliers) for completeness and accuracy.
Perform Sanity checks on each SW release;
Administration of the process tools including: Revision Control, Defect tracker, Requirement Manager, etc.
Assist and/or train engineers in the use of the CM tools and the SDLC in general.
