Zolon Tech is currently looking for a Test Manager/Testing Project Manager.
Testing Manager/Testing Project Manager responsible for all aspects of testing initiatives.
Responsible areas include:
1. Create program level testing approach
2. Coordinate and manage all test activities related to the project.
3. Responsible for:
-Creating Testing strategy
-Development of Test approach
-Automation Strategy/Approach
-Test planning
-Test case creation
-Test Script
-Test case execution
-Following testing methodology defined by CareFirst
-Defect reporting and tracking
-Status reporting, issue and risk mitigation
-vendor integration testing
-User Acceptance Testing
-Track testing progress.
4. Coordinate between business and IT to ensure testing defects and/or issues are quickly resolved
5. Have extensive experience with formalized testing and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Including large multi-platform and cross geographical location testing management experience.
6. Work independently and as a member of a team.
7. Strong Background in Managing Test Leads and Testers and insuring on-time deliverables.
8. Strong Background in Test Management Tools, Automation and Performance Tools, particularly the HP/Mercury Tool Suite (Quality Center, QTP, Win Runner, LoadRunner)
9. Extensive Experience in Software Process Improvement Models such as CMMI, Six-Sigma or other quality and process improvement models.
10. Excellent Written and verbal communications skill and analytical problem solving skills are needed.
11. Candidate should have strong experience testing the following types of applications: Mainframe and claims applications, vendor integration
12. Candidate should be proficient with Excel, Access and defect tracking tools (Test Director) |
