Purpose/Description:
JD Edwards Functional and Technical specialist to configure, support, and maintain JDE software specializing in the manufacturing and distribution modules.
Core Responsibilities:
· Support JDE Enterprise One 8.10 applications running in an AS400/Citrix environment.
· Review and analyze user business processes and develop solutions in JDE Enterprise One.
· End to end troubleshooting of issues.
· Assist with updates and routine maintenance of Enterprise One applications.
· Define user requirements and provide JDE application development, validation, implementation and support.
· Spec out interfaces between external systems and JDE.
· Document design specifications, functional requirements and test scripts.
