The position to be filled is that of a Business Analyst (BA) to become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Segment Reporting Data Mart (SRDM) application wrt the Fin Tran project underway. The BA will work closely with Compensation Operations and Business Operations to ensure that SRDM is fulfilling the needs of the business. The BA will be responsible for working with the business contacts to document requirements and prioritize work objectives. Status reporting to management and business contacts will be required. The BA will assist in resolving issues that may occur during the development lifecycle and will be expected to work closely with other IT teams that are contributing to the projects being worked. The BA will be expected to provide solid documentation around the current application and as well as proposed changes.
Position Requirements:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with 7+ years experience who are able to work with minimal supervision. Applicants should possess solid documentation and organizational skills. The BA is expected to have strong understanding of the business needs of Compensation Operations and Business Operations and should also be able to understand the higher level system architecture, design and processing flow. Applicants should be prepared to work as a member of a team with staff in multiple locations |
