| |
* 10+ years or more of systems implementation experience and technical team leadership skills.
* 6+ years of experience with J2EE-based web applications, including the design and development of an application using the IBM Websphere Portal Server. Experience with Weblogic Portal Server is acceptable, while experience with UDB and AIX is a plus.
* Experienced in technical architecture design, system sizing, systems software Installation/Configuration/Administration and tuning
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work directly and effectively with technical and business clients on projects.
* Ability to lead a technical team composed of systems analysts, developers, database administrators, Systems Administrators, IT Security analysts on an as needed basis. Provide technical training and mentoring to other team members
* Analytical, team oriented, problem solver, organized, flexible, good follow-through ability, ability to prioritize, multi-task oriented, ability to work independently
* BA/BS or advanced degree in CS or IS or other relevant discipline |
