o Must have 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
o Must have 2 years experience with ReqPRO or similar requirement management tool, CVS, and XMLSPY
0 Must have 2 years experience with OOT (Object Oriented Technology), Java, J2EE server side, EJB, WebServices development (SOAP, WSDL, JMS), WSAD and Websphere Application Server, XML, XSLT, DTDs and Schemas.
Candidates must have 5 years proven business & systems analysis experience in a telecom environment with backgrounds in Ordering and Order Management systems.
In support of project requests, the candidate will assess development, test, and support impacts for an Order Management (OM) system. As part of the assessment, the candidate will coordinate and deliver approach and assessment details within the OM system and with external systems and organizations. The candidate will also develop and maintain Requirement Tractability Matrices (RTM)s, and develop design documentation based on assessment, approach, and project RTM. The candidate will be responsible for managing all requirement and technical approach aspects of projects through the entire software development life cycle.
Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze project request documentation and existing system documentation to develop detailed system flows, scenario flows, approach documents, and assessments including level of effort and system impacts, risks, and dependencies. Represent the organization in multi system approach definition meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinate all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements and system approach. Collaborate with system architect and development leads to document all software changes necessary to meet the requirements documented in the RTM and project request.
