Description : |
| |
1. Responsible for the technical design and deployment of complex retail systems based on Retek RMS. Will assist in all phases of system implementation including design, development, testing and support.
2. Work effectively with customers to learn specific design requirements and perform analysis and design of retail applications.
3. Conducts systems analyses and design studies for current and future applications.
4. Analyzes problems and prepares functional workflow diagrams as well as detailed requirements of program specifications.
5. Prepares and maintains documentation of applications.
6. Provide support to production issues.
7. Work jointly with both functional business analysts and technical development staff to transform business requirements into technical specifications.
8. Research technical issues and provide solutions.
9. Application and user support, troubleshooting, application testing, and post-implementation review of new/changed applications.
