| |
Assist in the development and/or analysis of Corporate Administration and Promotion**s plans and forecasts.
Assist in the preparation and/or analysis of monthly financial statements for Corporate Administration and Promotion.
Prepare reports, provide analytical support and assist with special projects in order to provide management with necessary information and decision-making tools.
Perform technical accounting research.
Assist in the preparation and/or reviewing of analyses for quarterly reviews, year-end audit and the annual report.
Maintain the system for the HMH Recoverable Benefits activities. This specifically includes reviewing and analyzing source documents, compiling statistical information, developing, writing and maintaining recoverable benefits schedules, and assisting in the development and documentation of new procedures for Playboy Mansion West.
Provide cross-functional support for other Corporate Accounting positions in order to ensure an uninterrupted daily workflow.
Develop and maintain computer reports and programs for both PC and iSeries applications and act as a liaison with technology in new software implementations.
Administer and account for all third-party and inter-company transactions.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
College degree in finance or accounting with a minimum of four years** relevant public accounting experience required. MBA or CPA required. Related analytical and accounting experience required. Interface effectively with management through strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail is mandatory. Experience with Excel required. Infinium or other mainframe general ledger system experience is highly |
