Description : |
| |
) Deep knowledge of sales and customer relationship management (CRM)
processes including forecasting, pipeline management, competitive
analysis and salesforce automation. Prior experience with Inside Sales
Organizations in advertising or e-business related environments is
desired.
2) Proven ability and professionalism to engage with Sales Management
and Directors to gather and define requirements.
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability and
desire to create clear and complete requirements documents and
functional specifications.
4) Successful experience and knowledge of world class selling
practices to help shape the vision for reporting to measure and assess
performance around sales effectiveness, revenue generation, pipeline
and forecasting.
5) Knowledge of lead management and ability to help establish
processes for gathering and segmenting leads, tracking lead sources,
efficient routing, measurement of lead quality and results.
6) Strong technical knowledge of CRM and related enterprise systems to
ensure clear communication, appropriate expectations, guidance and a
strong relationship between the business and technical development
team.
7) Proven ability to coordinate efforts that drive successful delivery
of enterprise business solutions in accordance with demanding release
schedules.
