| |
The ServicePoint Siebel Systems Analysts will provide analysis and support for the Siebel Call Center application supporting the new Farmers Insurance Service Centers. The responsibilities of this individual include:
** Work with business analysts to develop requirements and functional specifications;
** Provide the IT perspective as part of requirements definition including knowledge and expertise related to existing applications, feasibility and impact of proposed changes, estimate the level of effort needed to carry out the proposed requirements.
** Transform the business requirements into technical architecture requirements, and working with the Corporate Architecture group, present solution designs.
** Prepare presentations, status reports, project plan tracking, project deliverable reviews, change/issue control and risk management and other written communications for higher IT and business management. Author technical documentation as needed.
** Communicate effectively with business and IT team members and deliver technical information in a concise, understandable and accurate fashion.
** Contribute to the writing and review of test plans; develop User Acceptance Criteria, and participate in systems and user acceptance tests.
** Working with business users and other IT staff, perform the necessary Siebel administration tasks, including user administration, data administration for pick lists, etc., support the release process including configuration management, and coordination with other teams participating in the Release Process.
** Support the Lead with technical, physical, and logical data architecture analysis, design, and implementation |
