Demonstrated proficiency defining technology planning requirements for
all domain objectives, architectural principles, goals and standards
for multiple applications.
Demonstrated experience in applications development and linking
applications across platforms and processes with demonstrated
proficiency developing assessments on infrastructure impact.
Demonstrated experience translating business needs into long-term
architecture solutions.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communications proficiency
with the capacity for explaining technical information to all levels
of management, technical staff, and business clients.
Demonstrated proficiency generating requirements and analysis/design
documentation as well as associated program flow diagrams necessary to
code the programs.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the
purpose of providing information to team members, management and/or
vendors.
Demonstrated understanding and proficiency in designing complex
application solutions.
