A Web Developer II assists with project analysis and provides web programming services to modify existing and build new websites for internal and external customers. These programs allow end-users to order direct marketing materials via the web. A Web Developer II focuses on assigned clients and maintains client solutions with minimal errors and maximum efficiencies. A Web Developer II works with project managers, variable solution developers and programmers to successfully execute customer solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing of all responsibilities, duties and/or skills required. Other duties may be assigned
Develop user interfaces by understanding design aspects and formatting style sheets (HTML and CSS knowledge).
* Create websites and components services with coding languages such as C# / .NET, ASP, VB Script and Jscript.
* Create web services to provide data and processes to internal and external clients.
* Call procedures written by Programmers to access data for website.
* Utilize client data for web purposes and to meet customer expectations.
* Document business processes, rules, component usage including instructions for use, functionality descriptions and overview flow charts of the system.
* Test, debug, fix problems discovered in usability testing (ensuring users can get around the site); compatibility testing (browser based), regression testing (how do changes effect other parts of the site); unit testing (testing different input units to ensure expected output is returned)
* Accept and analyze projects specifications.
* Convert specifications into detailed logical flow charts.
