Description : |
| |
Design, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Applying innovation to increase HR department efficiency
* Find ways to improve Human Resources functions, procedures and systems.
* Provide continual support to HR department and prepare HR reports
* Conduct employee and management training on company policies and procedures
* Management and maintenance of Employee Records, Personnel Files
* Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
* Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
* Broad working knowledge of HR policies, processes, practices and laws
* Detail oriented, process focused and policy driven HR professional
* High level of organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
* Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access.
* Preferred PowerPoint Proficiency and Org Chart software
* Knowledge of US Immigration laws and forms preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
* 2 years OF experience in Human Resources or Payroll Systems
* PHR/SPHR certification preferred
* Experience in software services industry preferred
