Experience with project management, including organizing, planning, and evaluating. Strong knowledge of methodology principles, concepts, and core methodologies (in support of content reuse).
**Proven ability in managing the creation and implementation of detailed projects; superior customer relation and presentation skills.
**Solid management skills and ability to manage technical resources on a project-by-project basis; strong attention to detail and understanding of infrastructure
**Strong understanding and working knowledge of PC applications such as MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
**Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills along with solid leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
**Demonstrates a superior and effective speaking manner for the purpose of explaining project status information.
**Excellent presentation skills.
**Demonstrates a clear and succinct writing style for the purpose of completing status and project documents.
**Ability to function independently with strong initiative and judgment.
**Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to promote teamwork.
**Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff.
Work Experience - Minimum 8 years work experience
**Experience in the design and management of technical implementation projects.
**Customer interface experience in large corporate environment, including direct interaction with senior-level management and line-level management.
**Experience in P&L management with accountability for expense control. |
