4+ years developing ASP.Net applications (C#)
Preference for agile approach: lightweight documentation, iterative development and high verbal communications in a small but senior cross-functional team environment
Strong SQL Server development experience; schema design, T-SQL & stored procedures
Strong XML, XSL skills, Experience in building WYSIWYG applications/tools.
Knowledge and high degree of comfort with development across all application tiers: UI, service layer, business objects, data access, schema/modeling
Expert in object oriented programming
-irm grasp of software design patterns
Working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS
Must be a senior-level developer; highly motivated and self-managed
Experience in developing UI using custom controls in .NET
