Consultant who has knowledge and experience in Genesys;
- integration of Genesys/Siebel;
- configuration experience of both Genesys/Siebel;
- would have a knowledge of GPLUS adaptor (product of Genesys, certified to run with Siebel);
- medium level experience of 3-5 years on Genesys/ Siebel integration;
- Execellent communication skills
Job duties are specified generally as configuring Genesys and Siebel components; understanding of GPLUS adaptor to make Siebel/Genesys interface work for email/fax consolidations through Lotus notes;
