Position: PowerBuilder consultant
Location: Albany NY
Duration: 6Months
Skills Required:
Mandatory Requirement:
Note: candidates who do not meet mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation
Experience developing and testing large enterprise-scale PowerBuilder applications.
Knowledge of and recent experience (within the past 2 years) with PowerBuilder versions 9.x and/or 10.x
Knowledge of both Sybase and Oracle syntax and the development of complex SQL statements and stored procedures.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience developing test plans and analyzing results of testing of enterprise-scale applications
Experience with environmental quality and compliance systems
Scope of Work
Requirement for an experienced PowerBuilder consultant to assist in the migration from a Sybase 12.5 database platform to an Oracle 10g database platform.
Migration will include modification of embedded SQL, stored procedures, unit testing/debugging and assisting with end-user testing |
