| |
The Test Lead position will have primary responsibility for leading the overall test activities for system, integration and user acceptance testing and management of the test process throughout the SDLC for the Argus Real-Time and Multiple PBMs projects.
The Lead Business Analyst is a member of the project's CoreSolutions team.
The Test Lead is accountable and responsible for the activities described in the Testing process area of the Clients Standard Defined process used on all corporate initiatives.
In addition, the Test Lead is responsible for assisting in the development of the other plans (Project Management, Technical Solution, Requirements, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and Configuration Management) that make up the Project Planning Package. The Test Lead will work with a team of testers to deliver the test activities for the project. The Test Lead is responsible for updating the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) with test results to assure bi-directional traceability on all requirements
Responsible areas include:
1. Create project level testing approach
2. Coordinate and manage all test activities related to the project.
3. Responsible for:
o Creating Testing strategy
o Development of Test approach
o Automation Strategy/Approach
o Test planning
o Test case creation
o Test Script
o Test case execution
o Following testing methodology defined by CareFirst
o Defect reporting and tracking
o Status reporting, issue and risk mitigation
o vendor integration testing
o User Acceptance Testing
4. Track testing progress.
5. Coordinate between business and IT to ensure testing defects and/or issues are quickly resolved
6. Have extensive experience with formalized testing and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
7. Work independently and as a member of a team.
8. Excellent Written and verbal communications skill and analytical problem solving skills are needed.
