My Client is developing the Nodal Energy Settlements System using the LODESTAR BillingExpert tool (BEX).
The consultant must be hands on/technical resource who understands the Electric Energy Market as it relates to Billing and Settlements.
MUST HAVE
** Lodestar Rules Language
** Experience with BEX 3.7 or better.
** Interval and Time of Use billing concepts within the Electric Utility industry
** Programming concepts and skills
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Prior experience with the Texas Deregulated Electricity market or equivalent Deregulated Electricity Market
PL/SQL
PERL
AppsWorx
CVS ** JAVA - ANT
** Executes all development activities as assigned.
** Update documentation
** Assists with or prepares Test Plans.
** Operates software to test, debug, and document results.
** Prepares test data.
