Seeking a DBA with about 3 years of experience. Should be able to
assess system requirements (ie Input/Out, Memory, number of Users, etc...) and determine the type of server that should be used.
The candidate should also have some understanding of the operating system, and SAN.
Should have some software configuration experience (ie for 3rd party software). Must have some TSQL background. Also required is experience in Database Mirroring/Replication Servers.
The candidate should have good Performance/Capacity Management background.
The following would be a plus: experience with SSIS. This is a utility
that allows you to take a file from disk and import. It is read/write
intensive.
