| |
The candidate will have overall accountability for planning and directing project management activities on one or a number of project/program portfolios.
- Experience managing and implementing Siebel customer relationship management (CRM) and contact center software is highly desirable.
- The position is responsible for all aspects of project management from initiation through completion and customer activation.
- The project manager ensures compliance with Client's Project Management Methodology and will require extensive knowledge of the technology solutions and business services.
- The position will administer Client internal project and associated budgetary tools.
Secondary job responsibilities:
- Must be an expert in Waterfall and Rational Unified Process (RUP) related tools, technologies, techniques, and processes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on scope, function, process and results of projects to division management and to Inovant senior management.
- Facilitate project planning
