| |
To provide requirements analysis, physical and logical design specifications, development and testing of computer programs and/or application components
Translate functional specifications into technical specifications; assess, recommend and implement practical, cost effective and efficient systems solutions to business, application and technical problems
Perform prototyping, construction, integration and migration functions; may assist in platform determination
Responsibilities:
Extensive Experience in Application Development using VXML and CCXML, (preferably in Insurance or financial domain).
Developing and implementing end to end IVR solutions utilizing J2EE Distributed Enterprise & Web Applications architecture.
Telecom knowledge specially VoIP (Avaya), NICE System, and CTI Link is a big plus.
Understanding the Sip Proxy servers for VoIP is a big plus.
Speech Recognition Development experience preferably with Nuance.
Strong Speech recognition, speech synthesis technology experience.
Extensive Java/J2EE hands on experience.
SOX Compliance processes knowledge is a MUST.
Thorough understanding of backend databases, web servers and different operating systems.
