-10 years of total IT experience
Atleast 7 years of Oracle Apps Functional exp
4-5 years of experience in Oracle HRMS Modules Should have worked as Project Lead in atleast 1-2 implementations.
Expertise in Oracle HRMS Modules (Oracle Core HR & Oracle Self Service HR.
Knowledge of Oracle Approval Management and Oracle HRMS Web ADI would also be helpful) Should have expertise in Learning Management, iRecruitment & compensation management.
Should have done atleast 2-3 full life cycle implementations Should possess excellent communication skills Functional resource who is strong in Oracle Core HR and SSHR. An individual who has done competence modeling, suitability matching, recruitment, etc.
The consultant should have experience in global Oracle HR roll out, i.e.multiple countries.
Knowledge of implementing Oracle HRMS Web ADI and AME is key as well.
