We are seeking qualified candidates on behalf of our client for a six-month on-site contract position in Parsippany. Our client is the world’s leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendor providing world-class turnkey solutions in Financial Services, Sales and Marketing, Analytics, Supply Chain, Collections, Customer Services, Information Technology and Learning and Content Management.
DESCRIPTION:
Gather requirements, define specifications and develop complex reports that provide visibility into the Accounts Receivable performance of dozens of different companies. As needed, and as a growth opportunity, perform application development and data import and mapping functions.
Proactively improve process and quality by clarifying reporting options, empowering business analysts with report request form enhancements. Publish descriptions of report logic and criteria, to enable business analysts to further refine and review reporting requirements with end-users. Create and direct report testing to ensure accuracy, quality and customer satisfaction. |
