Someone who's eager to learn more about the financial/mortgage industry (previous candidates interviewed knew nothing about FNMA and didn't show desire to learn about the industry)
This is NOT a Java/Web Developer position
Candidate does NOT have to have Powerbuilder Experience
Developer III performs high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles.
