Siebel Analytics
Primary Function:
Responsibilities:
* Provide planning and production implementation, with primary responsibility for Siebel Analytics development
* Complete high-quality deliverables in a timely manner as assigned with limited guidance from the project manager
* Actively participates and significantly contributes to team-based problem solving
* Provide recommendations for improvements and work with internal resources to implement these recommendations
* Troubleshoot existing reports to eliminate data discrepancies and respond to end-user inquires
Skills:
* Minimum 3 Siebel Analytics project experience - preferably in version 7.8
* Experience with Siebel Analytics application design, metadata modeling, star schema design and prototyping
* Hands on experience with Analytics Report and Dashboard design
* Strong understanding of Siebel Analytics and CRM server architecture
* Understanding of Siebel provided Analytics repository
* Proficient in database design and modeling techniques
* Good understanding of Siebel Analytics caching technique and performance tuning
* Experience with industry leading best practices
