Essential Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
Three to five years experience in business systems application design, and system development and installation in an online environment is required. Also, candidate must possess a conceptual understanding and working knowledge of information system technologies and methodologies.
Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job responsibilities as outlined.
Must be able to communicate technical concepts in a non-technical way.
Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and the ability to grasp new technical concepts and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies and standard business etiquette.
Must be well groomed and dress in a professional manner consistent with the work being performed.
Proficiency in MS Office standard desktop software is required (Outlook, Word, VISIO, MS Project).
Position Specific Requirements
Proficiency in Java programming language is required (three years in J2EE and JSP). SAP ABAP programming is desired (SAP/HR).
