| |
QA LEAD candidate should have following experience:
** Strong experience with IBM RATIONAL TOOLS (Req Pro, Test Manager, ClearQuest)
** Testing experience in Mainframe environment
** Participates in Project Engagement Meeting
** Participates in evaluating requirements for successful testability
** Accountable for testing estimates for project (high level and life-cycle refinements)
** Owns MS Project Test Plan
** Owns Test Approach
** Develop the detailed test case execution plan for test case entry, validation and defect management. Provide input to the overall testing project plan.
** Coordinates QS testing activities (controls costs, schedule and scope)
** Coordinates definition and use of project test environments
** Capture, review and report status and Quality Metrics
** Manage Regression, System and EIT test execution and defect management for the project
** Manage Performance Tests, Backup/Recovery Tests, Failover Tests and DRP hot site testing
