| |
Software solutions Analysts is responsible for overseeing large and small scale software implementations, both prepackaged and custom developed in house or by an external vendor.
- Collaborating closely with the business owners/stake holders to understand business needs processes and data sources.
- Ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and are properly documented.
- Work with project managers and business analysts to obtain consensus and signoff on requirements deliverables.
- Ensure that projects fit strategic goals of agency by integrating with existing systems.
- Act as technology expert for software solutions by understanding technology and environment available.
- Experience in applications development with a strong understanding of Intranet and Internet applications and the software development cycle.
- Application**s development experience using ASP. NET, VB.net, Visual Studio.NET. Knowledge of DB2, SQL Server, XML, XSL, and Web Services.
