1) Microsoft Architecture (IIS, SQL, Windows 2000/2003 server).
2) E-Commerce experience (payment gateway, PCI standard, shopping cart).
3) Failover, replication, redundancy, scalability, clustering system design experience.
4) Security experience (firewall, IPS\IDS, malicious content protection methodology).
5) Senior work history ** 12+ years in IT with 4+ architecting multi-site networks.
6) Business Systems ** Experience designing multi-system networks including ERP, E-Commerce, CRM, and Scheduling systems.
7) Understanding of Remedy, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle platforms desired.
8) Documentation experience ** technical requirements, network diagrams, load tests, data modeling.
9) Roll up the sleeves mentality with the ability to work across business groups (operations, finance, engineering).
