Oracle 10G Administrations and Configuration
Should be able to configure and administer OEM/ORM on 10G in Unix/Linux Platform
Monitor and troubleshoot databases
** Normal database maintenance, database software maintenance and migration support
** Improve delivery of services by evaluating and recommending tools for administration and monitoring
** Database sizing, implementations and certifications
** Provide periodic reports and metrics
** Maintain home-grown scripts and enhance to support new platforms
** Provide and maintain up-to-date support documents
** Installation of new Oracle instances.
** Tablespace and Index reorganization.
** Database defragmentation and removal of Archive logs
** Export backups of frequently changing schemas
** Analyze for all schema objects
** Partitioning and archiving of history/log tables
** Create and manage user accounts and passwords
** RMAN synchronization and incremental backups
** Space Management
** Quantity and sizing of Rollback segments/Undo Tablespaces
** Materialized Views** Management
** Monitoring and managing Buffer Cache, Dictionary Cache and Library Cache hit ratios (Pinning objects in memory)
** Monitoring of Alert logs
