Description : |
| |
** EDI Mapping from/to both SAP/R3 IDOCs and other Flat File Formats.
** EDI analysis, EDI system administration.
** Strong experience mapping the transactions involved in the customer order, shipping and invoice business(850, 810, 856, 844, 845, 849, 940 etc..) process Monitor and trouble shoot EDI transactions from/to SAP R/3, Gentran Server.Map development and modifications for new/existing trading partners using divisional break maps and testing with external customers.
** Provide customer-facing support.
** Monitor background jobs and processes in Gentran and SAP R/3.
** Maintain and create partner profiles, ports, other master data related to EDI in SAP and Gentran.
** Troubleshoot issues - may require off-hours support.
Qualifications/Education:
** Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
** Strong analytical skills.
** EDI translator experience - experience in mapping and maintaining Gentran Server for Windows NT and GIS software is a plus.
** Knowledge of ANSI X12 EDI standards.
** Experience in Sales Order Processing and billing a plus.
** Experience in use of SAP R/3 SD/MM modules a plus.
** Familiarity with data communications protocols (FTP, ALE and Async) is a plus.
** Develop EDI processing documentation and procedures.
** Experience in SAP R/3 IDOC processing and error handling a plus |
