Description : |
| |
Extensive communications between IT teams and user groups; dealing with escalations and issues at the management level;
Understand Domain [IP, Data Networks; Single Stack Systems].
Communicate Schedules to PMO;
Lead meetings; Make sure deliverables are produced on schedule;
Identify & Resolve Resource Issues;
Deal with program Escalations;
Project Plans, Project Reviews (pre & post implementation), and Implementation Plan for specific domains;
Meeting Notes; Weekly Status Updates; Resource Utilization; evaluate SWAGs/LOEs; Status Reporting; Issue Resolutions.
Knowledge of Option 1, 2, 4 (Including Wholesale & International) Processes, Data Dictionary; User Groups & processes; Exception processing; System Interfaces.
In addition, candidate will review business requirements and ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements.
The candidate will have to understand the current business processes supported by the systems and how the processes will be changed to support new products and features, or how the existing processes can be used by the new users to fulfill their requirements.
