This position provides technical leadership and vision in optimizing the Siebel Arch / Env. This position will require you to leverage your deep technical knowledge and broad Siebel experience. You will be accountable for evaluating/assessing detailed application architecture blueprints and design a strategy and approach to ensure application meets the business requirements for SLA's and performance goals. Design and establish a long term performance management model for Siebel applications which can be deployed and managed.
It is an absolute MUST that the candidate has a proven Siebel implementation track record with demonstrated understanding of the underlying architecture and infrastructure. Candidate will also be asked to review and recommend the necessary changes to improve performance of an existing Siebel CRM environments (7.x , 8.x) and help in resolving performance issues in Production.
Candidate needs to understand database components, architecture, application components to help shape a Siebel strategy and help design and establish a long term performance management model for Siebel applications.
Essentials:
- 10 Years of Total IT experience with minimum 5 years in Siebel CRM Technolgy.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in Siebel Application and Architecture ver 7.8 & 8.X
- Extensive knowledge of Siebel Configurations and tuning various components of Siebel for performance (ex: AOM, Server, SRBroker, Webclients, Remote clients and synchronization issues), Optimize Load balancing.
- Experienced in Monitoring Siebel application performance and knowledge of best practices to keep Siebel systems tuned.
