Must be local to Corona, CA
Must attend in-person interview.
A strong understanding of IP LAN and WAN architecture.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair and determine Root Cause Analysis for a network outage.
Example hardware failure, protocol issues, WAN/LAN outages Run Customer Bridge calls to troubleshoot and isolate problems on the network.
Represent the network on any outages Monitor and react to alarms coming into the management platform Follow documented special procedures on reacting to customer alarms and adhere to Customer SLA**s Answer customer calls, update and open tickets Act as a liaison between the Customer and off-site client NOC locations Provide training and knowledge sharing to Customer Personnel Stay up-to-date on new technologies Make recommendations to management on ways to increase network availability When required attend customer meetings
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Excellent analytical and decision making skills
Ability to work inside of a fast paced 24/7 environment
Ability to multi-task and work directly with the customer
Expert familiarity with the Cisco catalyst family
Expert understanding of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, STP
Expert understanding of ATM IMA technology
