**Basically the resource should have 3 to 5 years in the COGNOS Planning arena with experience in the use of the 8.1 / 8.2 releases of the planning software.
**Conversion from 7.3 to 8.2 is a plus.
**Should have managed the planning implementation from inception to roll-out and have managed a site once installed.
**Combination of accounting and technical background would be a plus.
