| |
Applicant must be willing to work in a very fast-paced IT environment.
Must be able to quickly respond to application issues and apply
business functional knowledge to rapidly resolve production support
process failures. Must understand business needs to address
dynamically changing environment and apply functional knowledge to
offer the optimal solutions for the business community. Applicant
should be energetic, self-motivated, organized and possess excellent
interpersonal communication skills. Act as liaison between end-users
and PeopleSoft technical support team. Applicant must be willing to
keep training documentation updated and willing to train end users for
migrations, upgrades and patch applications.
Job Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years experience in PeopleSoft application support
(preferably as related to PeopleSoft Financials and/or Supply Chain
Management modules below)
-Preferred report writing with Crystal Reports and nVision products
-Experience in upgrades and patch application to research
functionality to delete enhancements
-Experience with unit and regression testing for quality assurance
