We are seeking experienced IT professionals who possess strong consulting, technical, and business process knowledge to fill the Senior IT Analyst/Lead role.
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
** Lead a team of ten IT professionals and report to the project manager for the task order.
** Maintenance and development of Power Builder on Relational Databases, i.e. coding, analysis, debugging, and documentation
** Discretionary opportunity for global travel
** Opportunities for application modernization to new technologies and platforms.
Required:
** US Citizen
** Active SECRET clearance (DSS) required
** PMP certification highly desirable
Desired Skills:
** 1 to 4+ years in leading application development team using modern object-oriented technologies like Java/.NET
** Experience in working in a structured, development environment, using industry standard methodologies like PMBOK, CMMI, RUP, and/or ISO 9001:2000
** Experience in Rational Toolset
** Knowledgeable in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL
** Effective communications (verbal and written) required to interface with customer team members
