| |
** General Call Center Technology
** Telco industry A+
** Knowledge of all call center functions including; sales, collections, trouble ticketing, etc.
** Understanding of call routing methodology (IVR flow with Genysis and Witness)
** 5+ Years of experience
** Contact Center IT / Technology Deployment
** Experience / expertise deploying core contact center infrastructure / technologies; ACD, IVR, CTI, Network Routing, WFM, Quality Management; Application Integration etc.
** Strong Project Management skills
Required:
** 2-4 years relevant work experience in the design, development, and delivery of CRM / contact center transformation solutions including Productivity and Process Improvement, Sales and Revenue Initiatives (Upsell / Cross-Sell), Customer Retention, Cost Reduction, Performance Management and KPIs
** Subject matter knowledge in the areas of contact center operations, performance management and metrics, quality management and training, workforce management, and other customer-facing functions such as sales, marketing and CRM campaign management.
** Demonstrated understanding of activities related to evolving traditional call centers from telephony-based cost centers to a profit centers that provide the capability to manage customer relationships.
** Proven ability to evaluate call center performance and develop future state customer service offerings across customer access channels.
** Working knowledge of CRM, Business Intelligence and Contact Center technical architecture a plus.
