Client Services / Technical support
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Support:
Identifiy additional business opportunities within customer base
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capitalize on opportunities
External Project Management:
Manage and implement projects at customer site
Plan and coordinate activities with customer
Establish communication procedures with customer
Quarterly on-site visits to key customer sites
Internal Project Management:
Manage and implement customer projects through companys processes
Technical Support:
Answer customer calls
Diagnose and resolve customer support issues remotely or on-site
Conduct product training via the Web or at customers facilities
Install products at customer sites
Track issues and present support statistics to customers on a monthyly basis
REQUIREMENTS
5 years minimum experience in the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Industry
Ability to manage multiple projects
Good communication skills
Ability to travel
o One position available requiring travel
o One position available that does not require travel
