Description : |
| |
** Strong Microsoft (.NET) technology experience and knowledge is required.
** Knowledge of unified modeling language (UML) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
** Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and its relation to, and difference from, OOD
** Understanding of architecture-based SDLC and its deliverables; 4+1 Architecture Views
** Experience in data modeling techniques and knowledge and applicability of various normal forms
** Demonstrated experience and knowledge of multi-tier architectures
Key Competencies **
** Consultant:
** Understands all options available and objectively presents those options to management and leadership
** Proves the feasibility of a design
** Possesses Consultant**s mindset (**can**t be done** vs. **here are the options**)
** Clearly demonstrates consulting abilities to self-learn and always come to the table with at least two-three options
** Able to articulate architecture proposals relevant to the audience
** Technical Project Leader:
** Serves as a point technical leader and internal consultant on various projects
** Able to identify the need to revise scope and requirements
** Accepts and manages ambiguity and complexity, as well as the changing requirements and expectations
** Understands the nature of changing priorities and adapts their workload accordingly
** Technically guides projects through to completion
** Multitasking:
** Possesses a great deal of independence, which is required to be successful in this role
** Plans, organizes, and controls multiple responsibilities to achieve various project objectives
