Description : |
| |
Strong technical skills including:
o Ability to debug abap code
o Ability to perform advanced performance tuning
o Ability to work with developers to make changes to SAP script forms and Smart Forms.
o Ability to write functional specs clearly and precisely, enabling offshore developers to execute work effectively without further explanation.
o Knowledge of SAP Query and Infoset functionality
- Ability to communicate with to the user community regarding testing for system improvements and enhancements.
- Ability to understand PP, SD, MM configuration.
- Perform common SAP tasks including transports, testing, and batch job monitoring.
- Seek to identify root cause and possible corrective actions.
- Ability to research and drive resolution through the SAP OSS system.
- Ability to resolve problems in APO including CIF monitoring
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong root cause analysis skills
- Ability to monitor issue resolution and drive to resolution
- Good team work skills
- Solid knowledge of SAP PP MM SD, specifically ABAP
- Some knowledge of APO
Deliverables:
1) Incident resolution documentation on all incidents worked on and resolved.
2) Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions for MWV employees on Appls Ops and Functional teams on any complex incidents or maintenance work.
3) Performed regularly scheduled maintenance processes |
