Desired Experience
- Five or more years of Trade Finance experience
- Five or more years accounting-related systems experience
- Must be able to lead teams in delivery of an overall strategy, service and product.
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, solve problems or, as needed, to work as part of a project team and direct activities of other technical staff
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills, including experience in developing technical documentation
- Demonstrates experience in effective decision making within complex environments
- Experience with successful support of scalable, high availability systems
- Experience with disaster recovery planning, testing, auditing, risk analysis, business resumption planning and contingency planning
- Experience implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures
- Proactively identify opportunities for change within the production environment.
- Participates in the Incident Management and Problem Management processes as a resolver accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reporting. |
