| |
* Total experience of 5-6 years including, 3-4 years of solid Finance functional skills/experience
* Minimum of 2 year hands on Financial Planning, Consolidations, Budgeting & Forecasting experience and experience of handling financial closes
* Minimum 2 years experience on HFM software including hands-on background of issue resolution and enhancements (both functional and Technical)
* Experience in HFM Report creation
* Experience in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Pillar (Preferable)
* Ability to interface with users to understand business requirements from a non-technical perspective
* Experience to recommend solutions to business problems
* Ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical requirements
* Ability to communicate technical requirements to off-shore team, monitor progress of task, verify results and assure accurate product delivery to users
* Capacity to perform day-to-day tasks within HFM application when required especially focusing on production issues resolutions
* Serve as the key contact point for users on either production issues or project requests
* Provide knowledge transfer to on-shore and off-shore personnel especially for back-up)
* Excellent Customer Management/Interaction skills (with CXOs and Senior Finance stakeholders)
* Excellent communication skills ** verbal and written
