A QA Manager must have a strong background in software engineering, testing, and automation to drive the overall planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of projects within the organization.
Candidate should have working knowledge of Mercury Quality Center, structured testing standards, and relational and hierarchical databases. Health care experience and Pharmacy claims experience is HIGHLY DESIRABLE. Experience with conversion projects , data transformation projects, testing with external vendors/partners, and phased implementations is required.
The test manager will will provide input on the testability of the requirements, oversee the development of test cases, scripts, and scenarios, and manage the test process across all test phases, systems, platforms, and business/technical areas. Candidate must have strong communication and leadership skills.
