Description : |
| |
Required:
Experience with VoIP (5+ years),
knowledge of the Broadsoft/Broadworks platform and IP Phones (Polycom and Cisco).
Specific duties will include:
Broadsoft
1. Administer development and test Broadsoft systems (non-production)
2. Deploy Broadsoft patches/updates
3. Work with development team and engineering team on understanding and deploying new Broadsoft functionality
4. Work with network teams on connectivity between Broadsoft and other network components
5. Configure complex Broadsoft features and provide support to development teams that interface with those features via Broadsoft APIs
IP Phones
1. Configure various Polycom devices to work with Broadsoft
2. Certify new versions of phone software
3. Work with development teams that maintain tools to administer the phones |
